1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlowDocs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowDocs is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered documentation generation for Salesforce Flows. The Service connects to your Salesforce organization via OAuth and generates documentation from flow metadata.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

FlowDocs offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

4.2 Recurring Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each billing cycle until you cancel.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date of initial subscription. Annual subscriptions are billed every 365 days. Your billing cycle begins when you subscribe to a paid plan.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period.

4.6 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FlowDocs for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@flowdocs.in. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Note: This guarantee applies only to your first subscription charge. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4.7 Team Seats and Licensing

Included Seats: Each subscription plan includes a base number of user seats (Pro: 5 seats, Business: 10 seats). The account owner is counted as one seat.

Extra Seats: Additional team seats can be purchased separately. Extra seats are billed annually and tied to your subscription period. Extra seats expire when your main subscription expires and must be renewed together.

Salesforce Org Requirement: Team members invited to your account must connect to the same Salesforce organization(s) as the account owner. This requirement ensures proper licensing and prevents unauthorized sharing.

⚠️ Non-Refundable: All extra seat purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies immediately upon purchase—seats are NOT covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee that applies to subscription plans. Please carefully consider your team size before purchasing.

Seat Reallocation: While seats cannot be refunded, you may reassign seats to different team members at any time, provided they have access to your connected Salesforce organization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

6. Salesforce Authorization

By connecting your Salesforce organization to FlowDocs, you represent that:

  • You have the authority to grant FlowDocs access to the organization
  • You have reviewed and understand the permissions being granted
  • Your use of FlowDocs complies with Salesforce's terms of service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowDocs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your flow metadata and generated documentation remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWDOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Marketing Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from FlowDocs via email. You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by updating your preferences in your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
