At FlowDocs, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures to ensure transparency and fairness.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers: If you're not satisfied with FlowDocs within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked.

  • Applies to first-time purchases only
  • Must be requested within 30 days of initial payment
  • Full refund of the subscription amount
  • Does not apply to add-ons or extra seats purchased separately

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  1. Log in to your FlowDocs account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Access until period end: When you cancel, you'll retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • First-time subscriptions within 30 days of purchase
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing service access (after support review)
  • Accidental renewals (within 48 hours of charge)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscriptions beyond the 30-day guarantee period
  • Partial month usage (no pro-rata refunds after 30 days)
  • Extra team seats (non-refundable under all conditions)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Pro-Rata Refunds for Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher tier (e.g., Business to Pro), you will receive a pro-rata credit for the unused portion of your current billing period. This credit will be applied to future invoices.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

Include: Your account email, subscription details, and reason for refund request.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Free Trial

FlowDocs offers a 14-day free trial for Pro plans. No payment information is required to start your trial. When your trial ends, you'll be automatically moved to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade.

Team Seats

⚠️ Important: All extra team seat purchases are final and non-refundable. Team seats are NOT covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee that applies to subscription plans. Please carefully consider your team size before purchasing additional seats.

Pricing: Extra seats are priced annually (e.g., $49/seat/year) with volume discounts available for larger team packs. GST (18%) applies for Indian customers.

Tied to Subscription: Extra seats expire on the same date as your main subscription. When you renew your plan, seats must also be renewed to maintain team access.

No Refunds: Once purchased, seat purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata returns for unused seats under any circumstances.

Seat Reallocation: While refunds are not available, you may reassign seats to different team members at any time, provided they have access to your Salesforce organization.

Plan Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, any extra seats purchased will continue to work until the end of your paid period, then expire with the plan. No refunds will be issued for remaining seat time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of FlowDocs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
